1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clearing The Noise. By accessing our website or purchasing products from our online shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. INDEPENDENT ARTIST & PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILLMENT

Clearing The Noise is an independent artist-owned and operated project, not a large corporation or automated warehouse. All physical merchandise is custom printed on-demand specifically for you upon purchase through Printify fulfillment partners. When you place an order:

Your order immediately enters custom on-demand production.
Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days prior to carrier dispatch.
Because items are custom manufactured to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we provide full support, reprints, or refunds. Please contact customer service at support@clearingthenoise.com.
Modifications or cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

3. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENTS

All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes and shipping fees are calculated transparently at checkout. Payments are encrypted and processed through secure gateway providers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All artwork, song audio, mantra typography, branding slogans ("Clearing The Noise", "Get Out Of Your Head. Back Into Your Life."), and site design are the exclusive intellectual property of Clearing The Noise. Unauthorized duplication or commercial resale is strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Clearing The Noise and its print fulfillment partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product usage, carrier delivery delays beyond estimated windows, or site interruptions.
